9 squares stands for the rule of thirds, a popular composition rule in photography, where an image can be splitted with two vertical lines and two horizontal, thus
creating 9 squares.
9 Squares Visualization is a Lisbon based studio responsible for creating unbuilt imagery for architecture and real estate for marketing purposes.
Our mission is to produce architectural and real estate computer graphic rendered images, animations, films and interactive environments so that the client and the overall public can understand the property with the best fidelity. The porpuse of our existance is to emulate architectural photography with the help of computer graphics and no artifitial intelligence, meaning that only humans create our art and no generative intelligence is used in our process.

Founded by Tiago Lourenço, his mind always was curious about architecture, and since a kid he played around inside construction yards with cement and bricks.
During his architecture master course, he quickly got hooked into 3D visualization, and since 2008 he collected numerous experiences, from courses, masters, to national and international work experience.
He’s a devoted movement practitioner and he sees the body as a tool for personal education and as a quest to understand himself as a human being.
